Mom & Baby Strength + Rehab

Indoor postpartum specific strength training classes targeting specific postpartum related issues; lower back pain, si joint pain, hip pain, postural issues, mobility limitations, incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic organ dysfunction etc. and rehabbing through conscious movement.

All aged kiddos welcome, all fitness levels welcome, small group.

Appropriate for 6 weeks pp+

Early postpartum low impact rehab, Core + Pelvic floor rehab, Return to running, sport, high impact, Introductory to strength + barbell training

Small Group Strength Training

Individualized training in a small group environment.

Receive high quality coaching while also experiencing the motivation and support of community. Small group strength classes run in continuous 6 week sessions, 1-3x weekly.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome-the workouts will be catered to meet you needs, experience level and goals. Strength based programming, full body workouts, and learn something new!

Restorative Candle-lit Yoga

Relax & Release - Restorative yoga

Get cozy, release the stress of your day and get ready for sleep in this intimate setting. This is a gentle stretch- great for populations looking to improve their overall mobility, engage in low impact movement, and feel better!

Classes run in continuous 6 week sessions Thursdays 7-8pm.

Open Gym

Full use of our beautiful facility- private bookings

Current studio members can book the studio when gym is open and available for use outside of classes/training clients. Use open gym to build independence and confidence in training, while in your comfortable training environment!

Stroller-fit Orillia

Our largest and most popular class for our ever-growing postpartum community!

This is an outdoor postpartum fitness class running annually May-Oct 31st, 3x weekly, drop in style! Focus on targeting all of those postpartum related issues, get sweaty in the sunshine, and meet some other mamas!

This is appropriate for mamas who are 6 weeks pp+, all aged kiddos are welcome. Strollers/babies are not required but are welcomed.

High to low impact options are offered in every workout to meet each clients needs. New to exercise and experienced athletes can each get a great workout in these classes!

Mixture of body weight strength, band workouts, high/low impact cardio.

Nutritional Coaching

As a Sport Nutrition Consultant, Melissa will work with you to address any nutritional struggles, build long term, healthy habits and a healthy mindset around food.

She will look at your current lifestyle, interests and goals to help you in create a plan based on habit building- and adding MORE- time management, meal planning, meal ideas, macros where appropriate.

Fully Private Personal Training

Looking to bring your fitness to the next level? Or looking to rehab injury?

1-1 private training, available 1-3x weekly on a monthly basis- schedule and availability dependent.

Working 1-1 with a Certified Strength Coach is one of the best ways to get educated, build confidence and progress! This is available to all populations, all ages, all experience levels. We would love to support you on your journey back to you.

Personal training sessions look different for every individual based on goals, experience level, strengths/needs and interests!

Postpartum Consultation

Are you newly postpartum, looking to move, and feeling unsure of where to begin?

Book a postpartum consultation at 6 weeks pp+, or anywhere in your postpartum journey, even 10+ years!

During the consultation you will be educated about all the changes in the postpartum body, address any postpartum specific related issues from pregnancy/delivery/recovery, a full movement assessment, breath-work to support the core and pelvic floor, assessment of diastasis recti and core function, postural alignment, and basic form for functional movement patterns. Following assessment, an individualized rehab plan will be created to support your healing journey.

Prenatal Yoga

This class provides a safe and supportive environment for you to navigate your changing body, mentally prepare for motherhood, connect with your baby and connect with other Mothers to be.   Breath work, gentle stretching and strengthening not only supports you throughout your pregnancy to alleviate common symptoms like hip pain but also prepares you physically and mentally for labour.  This class is safe for all trimesters.
