Small group strength sessions including Mom & Baby fitness, Yoga and Evening classes run in 6 week blocks.

Stroller-fitness runs annually May-Oct 31st 3x week

Personal Training & 1-1 Consultations appointments- please email for inquiry around availability

Current Availability:

Mom & Baby Program: Tues and/or Thurs 9:30-10:30am

Prenatal Yoga: Saturdays 11:00am

Evening small group Strength Training: Tues/Thurs 5-6pm, 6-7pm

Evening Yoga: Thursday 7:00-8:00pm
